2. App Usage

• The app is designed for mystery solving entertainment purposes only
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree to use the app in accordance with all applicable laws

3. NFC Tag Interaction

Our app uses NFC technology to interact with physical tags. By using the app, you agree to:

• Only interact with authorized Sleuth Mystery NFC tags
• Not attempt to modify, copy, or replicate NFC tags

4. User Content

When using our app, you agree not to:

• Share solutions or spoilers with other users
• Attempt to bypass or cheat the mystery solving process
• Share account credentials with others

5. Glint Hint Content Responsibility

Case Host Responsibility: All Glint Hint content (text, QR codes, barcodes) is created and managed exclusively by case hosts. Sleuth Mystery is not responsible for any content provided through Glint Hints.

Content Guidelines: Case hosts must ensure their Glint Hint content:

• Does not contain derogatory language, hate speech, or offensive material
• Does not promote activism, political views, or controversial topics
• Does not include harmful, threatening, or inappropriate content
• Respects all users and does not target individuals or groups
• Does not contain URLs to malicious or inappropriate websites
• Remains appropriate for all audiences and mystery game context

Enforcement: Violation of these content guidelines may result in immediate account suspension or termination without further notice. Sleuth Mystery reserves the right to remove inappropriate content and ban users who repeatedly violate these terms.

Disclaimer: Sleuth Mystery disclaims all responsibility for user-generated Glint Hint content and any consequences arising from such content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Sleuth Mystery app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, mystery scenarios, and NFC tag data, is the property of Sleuth Mystery and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sleuth Mystery is not responsible for:

• Physical injuries during mystery solving activities
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Technical issues with NFC functionality on your device

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes to these terms.
